A few things to note:
Please provide a phone number of someone at the event for Santa to contact upon arrival.
Have a special place for Santa and Mrs. Claus to park that is very close to the event.
Have someone outside or at the door to bring Santa and Mrs. Claus in and to show his where he can load his gift bag, if necessary.
Plan to have Santa and Mrs. Claus make a Grand Entrance.
Have a chair set in front of a Holiday backdrop for photos and please DO NOT set Santa and Mrs. Claus in front of a real fireplace that is burning. Suits are very warm.
Place payment in a Christmas card, so you do not have to give Santa and Mrs. Claus cash in front of the Children.
Hold off on opening presents. this will be done all together so Santa and Mrs. Claus can make his departure this will keep the magic alive.
